A simple tomato salad, with light mayonnaise, and dill!
This is one of my all time favourite salads! It’s super easy to make, and is ready in under 10 minutes. I really like adding mayonnaise to tomatoes, as the mayonnaise is thinned out by the juices of the tomatoes, it makes it very light and delicious. Dill is also a favourite ingredients, it makes salads taste 100x times better!
This salad is a Russian salad, and I learned how to make it from my Mum. I remember having this since I was a little kid. So it has always been a favourite in our house.
Season the salad with black pepper, and salt. And serve!

- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
